I’m so excited to be offering my annual online workshop. This year I am opting for three days in October. I try to pack these classes with as much content and demonstrations as possible. I have received positive feedback over the years about the format of the online courses. I teach live and share recorded demos while discussing my process live during each class. I also review student work each week, offering edits, critiques, and feedback on your work. This class will be heavily geared toward discussions of design and shape finding in landscape painting. I will offer lots of examples and discussion about my own approach to design in my work. We will discuss artists whose work I see as particularly strong in this area. I will offer insight into my own process from observation to implementation. I am in the process of figuring out the best platform to offer this course from. I’ve used Zoom in the past, but am looking into a few other options. Stay tuned! I am excited for this class and hope it will be a benefit to any who choose to study with me!
