Farm Coast Plein Air Painting Workshop

100.00

What: We will spend the morning and afternoon painting in the rural setting of Tiverton and Little Compton, Rhode Island. These towns are part of what is known as the Farm Coast. We will enjoy the lovely farmland and beaches of the area. I will offer a painting demonstration as well as instruction in some of the techniques I implement in my work. Then we will work on our own studies and paintings. In the case of inclement weather we will seek a more sheltered area to paint and work. There will not be a rain date for the workshop, so come prepared! Unless there is a huge storm we should still be able to enjoy the day and brave the elements.

Where: We will meet in the Tiverton Four Corners area at a local cafe. All detailed information will be emailed to participants prior to the event!

When: Saturday, July 20th from 9:30 until 6:00 p.m.

Other information: Any lodging or transportation is the responsibility of the participants. I can offer some assistance in driving to the different locations once we are in the towns as that might help limit the amount of parking we will require. We will also have a lunch break in the middle of the day, and I will be providing lunch at a local sandwich shop called Provender.

Important: If you need to cancel your spot for any reason you can receive a full refund up to June 20th (one month before the event). After that I can offer a 50% refund as I may not be able to fill the spot again!
